Yup, it’s true. Red highlights are a distraction according to the Bowling Green Area School whose dress code prohibits any kind of hairstyle that  is a distraction to everyday studies. A 7th grader is eager to go back but both her parents agree that it’s crazy that she is banned from wearing her hair that way. So, what do you think?
